摘要
采用二次正交旋转回归设计方法,探讨了3种生物菌肥的4种施肥方案对草莓果实果胶含量的影响,研究日光温室生物菌肥的效应。结果表明:4种施肥方案对草莓果实果胶含量均有影响;适合浓度时,不同的施肥方案交互使用具有相互促进的作用,而浓度较高时,交互使用会产生拮抗作用。本研究以施肥方案为决策变量,以草莓果实果胶含量为目标函数,建立草莓果实果胶含量与参数因子间的数学模型,同时确定了提高草莓果实果胶含量的最佳施肥方案:EM液体喷施1.9598~2.0403 g/L、绿康微液体喷施1.9005~2.0995 g/L、A50液体喷施0.712~0.788 g/L、A50粉末土壤施用1.4155~1.5845kg/667m2。
In order to study the effect of biofertilizer on strawberry,we used quadratic orthogonal rotational regression design to discuss the effect of different biofertilizer on strawberry pectin content. The results showed that,four different biofertilizer all had effect on strawberry pectin content. The three treatments,EM and Lvkangwei liquid spraying,EM and A50 liquid spraying,EM liquid spraying and A50 powder application had significant effect on strawberry pectin content,and suitable rate combination had coordinating enhancement. However exorbitant Lvkangwei with A50 liquid spraying or with A50 powder application had antagonism on strawberry pectin content. A50 liquid spraying or A50 powder application had little effect on strawberry pectin content. From the result,it set up the model is as followes,We conclude the best fertilization schedule is as follows,EM liquid spraying with 1. 959 8 ~ 2. 0403 g / L,Lvkangwei liquid spraying 1. 900 5 ~ 2. 099 5g / L,A50 liquid spraying 0. 712 ~ 0. 788 g / L,A50 powder application with1. 415 5 ~ 1. 584 5kg /667m2.
