摘要
本文以花生壳为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂,乙二醇为液化剂,考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂浓度、料液浓度对花生壳液化降解制备多元醇的液化率和性质的影响,通过单因素实验对液化反应过程进行了分析,确定了最佳的液化反应工艺条件。结果表明:花生壳具有很好的液化效果,在反应温度为150℃、反应时间为60min,催化剂浓度为0.03mL/mL、料液浓度为0.025g/mL的条件下,最高液化率达到98.3%,得到的多元醇液化产物的羟值为55.8mg/g~78.8mg/g,酸值为25.1mg/g~33.3mg/g,为低羟值多元醇。
The catalyzed liquefaction degradation of peanut shell(PS) for preparation of polyol in the system of sulfuric acid as catalyst as a catalyst and glycol liquefier had been studied.Through the single factor analysis method,the effect of the processing conditions of PS liquefaction on the liquefaction reaction and properties of liquefaction product were investigated.The results showed that PS had good liquefaction effect,the optimum liquefaction processing conditions were determined as follows: reaction temperature 150℃,catalyst concentration 0.03 mL/mL,feed concentration 0.025 g/mL,reaction time 60 min,highest liquefaction percent would reach 98.3%.The hydroxyl value and acid value of polyol product were 55.8~78.8 mg/g and 25.1~33.3 mg/g respectively.Hydroxyl value and acid value of liquefaction mixtures were 52-82 mg/g and 0.61-0.75 mg/g respectively,which was a lower hydroxyl value polyol.
