摘要
论述加入WTO后 ,对中小型高校图书馆外文期刊采访和保障带来的巨大冲击 ,提出如何做好外文期刊的采访和保障的思路和方法。
This paper discuss the tremendous impact on the collection and guarantee tactics of foreign periodicals in medium-sized and small college libraries after China's entry into the WTO. It also presents methods and train of thought of how to better the collection work and to ensure foreign periodicals.
