摘要
通过重选、磁选、酸洗等选矿试验研究 ,确定了重选—磁选—酸洗再重选—电选联合工艺流程。获得金红石精矿 1品位 Ti O2 92 .16 % ,精矿 2品位 Ti O2 80 .4 4% ,回收率分别为 6 5 .2 6 %、10 .0 1% ,选矿总回收率为 75 .2
Based on the experimental research of gravity separation,magnetic separation and pickling for treating Fangcheng′s refractory rutile ore,a combined flowsheet of gravity magnetic separation,pickling and gravity electric separation was selected.The test results show that under the condition of recoveries of 65.26% and 10.01%,the grade of TiO 2 92.16% in concentrate 1 and 80.44% in concentrate 2 has been reached respectively.The gross recovery is 75.27%.This is a satisfactory result.
