摘要
建立了一种保健酒中大豆异黄酮及芝麻素的超高效液相色谱检测法,以pH为3的磷酸水溶液和乙腈为流动相,检测器为PDA检测器,检测波长为287nm,本实验建立的色谱条件能使6种组分(大豆苷、大豆黄苷、染料木苷、大豆素、染木素、芝麻素)在10min内得到很好分离,该方法加标回收率及精密度较好,适用于保健酒中大豆异黄酮及芝麻素的分析检测。
This paper established a kind of ultra high performance liquid chromatography method for detection of soybean isoflavone and sesamin in health liquory,with pH of 3 phosphoric acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile as mobile phase,the detector was PDA detector,detection wavelength was 287 nm,.The chromatographic conditions established in this experiment could make six components(soybean glycoside,soybean flavoside,genistein,soy,lignin,and sesamin)well separated in 10 min.The method had good recovery and precision,was suitable for the analysis and detection of soybean isoflavone and sesamin in health wine.
