摘要
除生产酱香酒、浓香酒、兼香酒、配制酒外,研制大曲清香型白酒以符合现代人群的消费需要。从设备设施、环境、人员、工艺等方面进行策划,针对初运行阶段发现的问题进行改进,达到了预期目的。
In addition to producing Maotai-flavor liquor,Luzhou-flavor liquor,concurrently-flavor liquor and blended liquor,Daqu Fen-flavor liquor was developed to meet the consumption needs of modern people.Planning from the aspects of equipment,facilities,environment,personnel and process,improving the problems found in the initial operation stage,and achieving the expected goal.
