摘要
我国葡萄种植主要集中在北方地区(包括西北、华北和东北等地),北方冬季气候寒冷、风大,需要将葡萄藤下架埋土防寒,第二年春季再起藤出土上架。这些作业劳动强度大、作业效率低、人工成本高,且葡萄起藤出土季节性强,因此迫切需要适合此环节作业的清土机械。为此,分析了目前我国北方葡萄春季清土作业的机械化发展现状,介绍了国内现有的主要葡萄清土作业机械的类型、原理、特点及存在的问题,分析了现有的几种清土作业模式,并提出了相对应的解决对策,旨在给北方葡萄的春季清土作业提出新的思考与建议,促进葡萄产业机械化水平的整体提升。
China’s grape plantation is mainly concentrated in the northern regions,including the northwest,north China and northeast.In the north,the winter climate is cold and windy.It is necessary to bury the grapevines under the soil to prevent cold,and the vines will be unearthed in the spring of the next year.These operations are labor intensive,have low operating efficiency,high labor costs,and are strong seasonality.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a soil cleaning machine suitable for this operation.So this paper analyzes the current mechanization development status of spring grape clearing soil operation in northern China,and introduces the types,principles,characteristics and existing problems of the existing grape clearing soil operation machinery in China,analyzed several existing soil cleaning operation modes and proposed corresponding solutions.The aim is to provide new thinking and suggestions for the spring soil clearing operation of the northern grape,and promote the overall improvement of the mechanization level of the grape industry.
