方草捆收集车的设计与试验

摘要 针对我国农牧业地区成形草捆的捡拾、装卸主要依靠人工作业,劳动强度高,工作效率低,导致牧草不能及时高效收贮,严重制约了我国饲草、秸秆商品化生产的现状,设计了直接挂接在打捆机上就可对成形草捆进行收集的方草捆收集车,并对方草捆收集车的总体结构、草捆喂入装置、推草机构、卸草机构及电液控制系统进行了设计。试验结果表明:本机结构设计合理,生产率为180捆/h,1次收集草捆数量为15捆,草捆组整齐率为100%,卸草捆离合器接通响应时间低于1s。 Aiming at the situation of picking up and unloading bales relying on worker men,heavy labor intensity and low working efficiency lead low efficiency to store bale and restrict commercialized of grass and straw,the bale accumulator,connected behind baler to collect bales was designed.The overall structure,bale feeding device,grass pushing mechanism,grass unloading mechanism,the electro-hydraulic control system were designed.The experiment results indicated that the structure of the machine was reasonable,the pure hours of work productivity was 180 bundles per hour,the number of the bale collected at a time is 15 bundles,the percentage of neat bale group was 100%,response time of electromagnetic clutch while unloading was less than 1 second.
