摘要 针对目前水肥一体化系统存在首部和田间设备随机组成、规格标准不统一、对各部件不能统一管理、运行维护智能化程度不高及管理效率低等问题,设计了一套水肥一体化管控系统。系统由水肥一体机、田间设备、云端服务平台、数据传输系统和管理网站及微信小程序等部分组成,应用了数据采集、数据传输、控制决策、智能控制等技术,在管理软件的集成下实现了集信息采集、传输、管理与决策控制于一体。实际应用表明:系统集成度高,实现了水肥一体化精量灌溉和施肥,提升了管控水平,达到了节本增效和管理模式的创新,可为水肥一体化系统设计和应用提供参考,应用前景较好。 Aiming at the problems of random composition of head and field equipment,inconsistent specifications and standards,inconsistent management of components,low intelligence of operation and maintenance,and inefficient management of water and fertilizer integrated system,a set of management and control system for integrated water and fertilizer was designed.The system is composed of integrated irrigation and fertilizer applicator,field equipment and control system,cloud service platform,data transmission system and management website,and Wechat small program.The technology of data acquisition,data transmission,control decision-making and intelligent control are applied.Under the integration of management software,a management and control system integrating information collection,transmission,management and decision-making control is built.Practical application shows that the system has high integration,which can realize the integration of water and fertilizer,precision irrigation and fertilization,improve the level of management and control,and achieve the innovation of cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing management mode.It can provide reference for the design and application of integrated water and fertilizer system,and has a good application prospect.
