摘要
在火电厂煤粉仓内,温度高,煤粉飞扬环境恶劣。应用多种现代化测量装置测量煤粉料位,出现了测量装置可靠性差的问题。而手动重锤测量法自动化水平低,测量精度差。通过开发设计一种机电自动测量装置,可提高工作效率,减轻工人的劳动强度,满足生产要求。
There is a poor environment in the pulverized coal hoppers of power, because of the high temperture and the flying pulverized coal. It appears the poor reliability of the measure equipment when the pulverized coal position is measure by many kinds of modern measure equipments. However, the manual measure equipment with hammer has poor automatici-ty and precision. A kind of measure equipment based on mechanics and electricity can improve the working efficiency, relieve the workers intensity and satisfy the production request.
