介绍了一种用于互联DCS系统中各个监控模块的现场级通信系统。通过在一个标准协议上建立适合于实时数据传输的传输层,它既实现了异种机互联,又避免了一般字节流传输服务的额外开销。它是一个独立于具体DCS的通信子系统,具有双网冗余功能,可以进行动态的信道切换。
This paper introduces a communication system that is used to interconnect all monitoring and control modules in a DCS. Thanks to a real-time-data-friendly transfer layer built on a standard protocol, it not only implements heterogeneous hosts interconnectivity, but also avoids the overhead of traditional byte-order transfer services. It is a DCS-independent communication sub-system with dual-network-redundancy and dynamic channel switching capacity.
