摘要
叙述了高压水压试管机轴向预压紧密封的工作原理 ,给出了轴向预压紧密封变形过程超弹性有限元列式。基于ANSYS平台 ,对高压水压试管机轴向预压紧密封压紧过程进行了有限元模拟和分析 ,获得了轴向预压紧密封压紧过程的位移场、应变场、应力场以及接触分布情况 ,对高压水压试管机轴向预压紧密封的设计起到了重要的指导作用。
This article shows the theory for polyurethane pre-compressing seal in high-pressure tube-testing press. It gives the hyperelasticity equations for polyurethane pre-compressing seal. Base on the FEM code ANSYS, deformation of polyurethane pre-compressing seal has been simulated and analyzed, displacement field, strain field, stress filed and contact distribution status of polyurethane seal pre-compressing have been gained. It has important guidance to design polyurethane seal of high-pressure tube-testing press.
