简要介绍了上海西重所重型机械成套有限公司与宝山钢铁股份有限公司开发研制的大型高级线材卷复合式自动穿梭缠绕包装机的工作原理、设备组成及其特点 ,该设备的成功研制 ,解决了大型环形产品的自动缠绕包装问题 ,可推广应用到众多工业领域。
The paper introduces the Large-sized a combined type automatic winding machine for high grade coiled wire stock package, developed by Shanghai XZS Heavy Machinery Integration Co. Ltd and Bao steel Cor.The paper gives out the principle of operation,the constitution of equipment and charactics. This successful result in research and manufacture is of much importance to the large-sized ring shaped products’ package. This technology can be spread out to many industrial fields.
