摘要
以蜡质玉米淀粉为主料,马来酸酐为改性剂,再加入增粘剂马来松香进行反应,制备环保型改性淀粉卷烟搭口胶。考查了改性剂对产品流动性的影响以及增粘剂对产品初粘和干燥时间的影响,并对工艺条件进行了优化;用FT-IR,XRD对改性前后产品结构进行了表征,并通过SEM观察了改性前后产品微观形态的变化。结果表明,当改性剂与淀粉质量比为0.1:1,85 40反应温度℃,反应时间min,增粘剂与淀粉质量比为0.016:1时,制得的环保型改性淀粉卷烟搭口胶产品固含量为40.64%,黏度830 m Pa·s,流动性良好,贮存稳定,初粘及干燥时间与现用的合成VAE共聚乳液卷烟搭口胶相当,产品性能可满足现行卷烟搭口胶要求。
The environmental friendly modified starch cigarette holder adhesive was synthesized with the waxy maize starch as the main raw material,maleic anhydride as the modifier and the maleic rosin as the tackifier.The effects of modifier on the fluidity and tackifier on the initial time and dry time were studied,and the process conditions were optimized.Structure of the product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectra and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA);Starch morphology was also characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that when the modifier/starch ratio was 1:10,the reacting time was 60 min,the reacting temperature was 85℃,maleic rosin was selected as the tackifier and the tackifier/starch ratio was 0.016:1,the solid content of prepared starch—based composite cigarette adhesive was up to 40.64%and its viscosity was 830 mPa·s.The product is suitable for high —speed cigarette production with good fluidity,best adhesion and storage stability properties.
