The author introduced 4 basic elements in dealing with medical quality control, they were the objective of medical control, the construction of the management team, the assessment of the medical quality and the policy of punishing and praising. The paper introduced how the small hospitals in the nation's west region stick to these basic element, intensifying their medical quality control, renew their ideology, changing their minds, seizing the opportunity and realizing the great development.
