摘要
随着市场经济的发展 ,投资控制的理论和政策已成为工程造价管理上的重要任务和课题。本文主要从工程造价控制的 3个阶段进行了分析 。
With the development of market economics,the theory and policy of investment controlling became an important task of managing the cost of project.The thesis analysed the whole controlling of investment from three stages and bring forward the personal opinions.
