摘要
根据森林资源实际情况 ,本文提出我国进行对外森林开发的必要性和可行性。作者还重点就我国现行国际森林开发项目中的开发企业在国外地位、实施中存在的主要问题以及程序等方面进行了阐述 。
According to the factual situations of forest resources in China,the necessity and feasibility are presented for Chinese enterprises to execute forest cutting projects in abroad.In addition,the prosition of Chinese enterprises in the forign countries,main problems of the international projects execution and the exploitation programs are expounded in emphasis and the paper presents some valuable advice.
