摘要
提出了中央空调房间温度控制的方案,克服了一般控制方法所具有的弊端。选用P87LPC764单片机、DS18B20数字温度传感器、过零型SSR固态继电器及一些外围电路组成的嵌入式控制系统,其结构更趋简单,尤其是P87LPC64的片内“看门狗”WDT定时器功能使系统的可靠性更高。给出了基于P87LPC764单片机控制系统、直流电机控制电路的原理图,并说明了控制直流电机电枢电压调速的思想和方法,从而实现了中央空调房间温度的无级调节。
Proposes the plan of the temperature control of the central air- conditioner room. It overcomes the shortages of the general methods. The author chose P87LPC764 MCU, DS18B20 digital temperature sensor, zero cross SSR and some outer circuits to compose the embedded control system. All these make its structure simpler, particularly the function of watchdog WDT timer inside P87LPC764 makes the system more reliable. The paper shows us the schematic diagram of the MCU control system based on P87LPC764 and the control circuit of the direct current motor. The paper also explains the thought and method how to adjust the speed by the control of direct current motor armature voltage to realize the step-less regulation of the temperature of the central air- conditioner room.
