摘要
研制了计算机控制的高精度在线管式膜器环隙压力测试系统。该系统基于Windows98操作系统,以DelPhi6为软件开发工具,结合Access2000数据库管理系统进行数据测试、处理、存储,可准确、方便、可靠地测试出管式微滤膜器环隙内的轴向与径向压力分布规律和相应的渗透通量。为进一步研究膜微滤机理,找出减少或解决浓差极化和膜污染的方法,提供了有效的手段。
An on- line pressure measuring system for annular gap of tubular membrane separator is developed, with the aid of computer. Windows98's operating system is based on in this system, and the tool takes Delphi6 as the software development combines 2000 data base management systems Access carrying on the data tests, processes and stores. It has high precision, can detect the law of the permeating flux and the annular gap pressure distribution of axial an radial in the tubular membrane separator fairly accurately and reliably, and provides the effective means for decrease membrane fouling and further research on mechanism in membrane micro - filtration.
