摘要
目的:探讨Ⅲ型标准伽玛(γ)型髓内钉微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床效果。方法:选取80例股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组40例患者给予Ⅲ型标准γ型髓内钉微创治疗,对照组40例患者给予传统手术治疗,对比两组患者手术指标。结果:观察组患者手术指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效显著,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量和住院时间,促进患者恢复。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of typeⅢstandard Gama(gamma)intramedullary nail for minimally invasive treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.Methods:80 cases of intertrochanteric fracture were selected and divided into two groups randomly.40 patients in the observation group were treated with typeⅢstandard gamma type intramedullary nail minimally invasive treatment,and 40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgical treatment,and the surgical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:the operative index of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the femoral intertrochanteric fracture has a significant clinical effect,which can shorten operative time,reduce blood loss and hospitalization time,and promote recovery of patients.
