摘要
目的:分析在健康体检中以金标法与免疫发光法检测甲胎蛋白的应用价值。方法:就近期前来我院进行健康体检的418例患者作为主要研究对象,分别给予金标法与免疫发光法检测其甲胎蛋白,比较并分析两种检测结果。结果:在检测甲胎蛋白方面,金标法与免疫发光法测定的阳性率分别为1.44%(6/418)与0.72%(3/418),两者的比较差异无显著差异性(P>0.05)。结论:以金标法作为初步筛查,以免疫发光法作为复查,可节约检测成本、保证准确性、缩短检测时间以及避免出现假阳性病例等。
Objective:To analyze the value of the gold standard method to immune chemiluminescence detection of alpha —fetoprotein in the physical examination.Methods:It recently came to our hospital for physical examination of 418 cases of patients as the main object of study,were given gold standard method to detect immune chemiluminescence AFP,compare and analyze the results of two tests.Results:In the detection of alpha—fetoprotein,the positive rate of the gold standard method and immune luminescence assay was1.44%,respectively(6/418) and 0.72%(3/418),the difference between the two was no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion:As a preliminary to the gold standard method for screening for immune luminescence as a review,you can save testing costs,ensure the accuracy and shorten detection time and avoid false positive cases of the disease and so on.
