亚铁螯合乙二胺四乙酸溶液对NO脱除性能 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究亚铁螯合乙二胺四乙酸络合液Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA脱除NO的性能,考察了不同络合溶液pH值、浓度、Fe(Ⅱ)/EDTA络合摩尔比、温度以及次磷酸钠加入量对络合液脱除NO效率的影响。结果表明,络合液在pH为6时对NO具有较好的脱除效果;当络合液浓度超过20 mmol·L^(-1)后,络合液浓度的增大对NO脱除效率没有明显的提升;Fe(Ⅱ)与EDTA络合脱除NO的最佳摩尔比为1:1;随着温度增加络合液脱除NO效率逐渐降低;次磷酸钠可以阻止络合液Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA氧化,有助于络合液脱除NO。 To study the abilities of absorbing NO,the ferrous chelating ethylenediaminetetraacetic(Fe(II)EDTA) was used as absorbent.The effects of pH,concentration,Fe(II)/EDTA complex molar ratio,temperature and sodium hypophosphite addition on NO removal efficiency were investigated.The results showed that the complex solution had better removal effect on NO at pH 6.When the concentration of complex solution exceeded 20 mmol·L-1,the increase of complex concentration did not significantly improve the NO removal efficiency.The efficiency of NO removal was the highest when the Fe(II)/EDTA molar ratio was 1:1.Furthernore,The NO removal efficiency decreased with increasing temperature,while sodium hypophosphite can prevent complexing liquid Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA oxidation,and help the complexing solution to remove NO.
