警体训练运动如果违反训练运动规则和过度训练,就易出现运动损伤、运动性相关疾病。了解和掌握警体训练运动原则、保健知识和超过机体承受能力易出现的征象及相关伤病,就能在警体训练中有针对性地进行预防,从而掌握科学的训练方法达到最大限度地避免和减少损伤。
It is the needs of public security work to strengthen the physical quality of reserve police and improve their practical fighting abilities.In order to realize the training target and avoid or reduce injury,we should recognize some symptoms that the over-training result in and know how to prevent or cure the injuries.
