:2 1世纪教育学院的作用将更趋明显。教育学院的科研要以继续教育为主 ,要研究中学教育教学 ,研究教育学院如何适应继续教育的需要 ,为推进素质教育服务。要建立科研激励机制 。
Educational institutes will meet great challenge in 21st century and scientific research should focus on continual education,face mid-schools and serve quality education,Authorities should encourage faculty to develop their ability of research,especially the youth.
