摘要
通过对可转换公司债券特点的介绍 ,提出可转换公司债券在筹措资金的运用 ,指出我国对发行可转换公司债券条件的限定 。
The present paper,introducing the characteristics of the convertible company bonds and pointing out the limitation to its issuing conditions,deals with the problems which should be paid attention to in respect to the issuing of convertible company bonds.
