摘要
随着材料科学技术的进步,有关硬脆材料以及各种增韧、增强新型复合材料的精密、超精密磨削加工技术和材料表面成形技术成为当今世界各国研究的热点.文章介绍了陶瓷材料的结构和力学特性,陶瓷材料磨削机理和当前各种先进的精密磨削加工方法和超声磨削方法,为陶瓷材料加工的进一步发展提供了依据.
With the development of materials science,as well as manufacture and application of hard?brittle material and various of reinforced materials,the manufacture and surface forming technique of those is becoming the focus,which many countries are researching.The structure and mechanical property of ceramic materials,and the grinding mechanism of ceramics and various advanced grinding methods have been stated.It provides the basis for the further development of ceramic machining.
