摘要
分析了传统的质量功能展开规划方法存在的问题,在系统考虑工程特性自相关矩阵对工程特性目标值及开发成本影响的基础上,基于工程特性相关矩阵的对称性,采用矩阵运算推导出了质量屋的优化过程,通过定义工程特性的计划改进率、实际改进率与修正权重等概念,建立了一个质量功能展开最优决策模型。实践表明,该模型利用质量屋中的信息权衡各种矛盾和冲突,优化工程特性目标值,利用同一资源实现多种目标,使顾客对产品的满意度最大,比传统规划方法更加合理、有效。
House of Quality ( HOQ ) is utilized for QFD to provide a conceptual map for design process, as a construction for understanding Customer Requirements (CRs) and establishing priorities of Engineering Characteristics (ECs) to satisfy customer wants. Some methodological problems in the conventional HOQ are discussed, and then a new type of decision model for selecting an optimal set of ECs are presented by introducing new concepts of plan improved ratio, actual improved ratio and modified weight of ECs. Taking account of the effect of correlation matrix on target values and financial factors of ECs, the models allow a design team to make full use of information of every component in HOQ and reconcile tradeoffs. The model has been applied to the quality improvement problem of emulsion dynamite packing - machine as an illustrative example, and it is proved to be more reasonable and effective than the conventional methods.
