摘要
职业价值观是一个人对职业的评价以及职业选择所持有的观点。笔者采用问卷调查的研究方法对重庆市的下岗职工进行了抽样调查,从下岗职工的年龄、性别、文化程度、单位性质、下岗时间几个方面分别进行了分析和讨论,并为进一步搞好下岗职工的就业管理提出了建议。
Occupational values are the viewpoints that a person holds about the choice of occupations and the evaluation that a person has about occupations. This paper carries out sample investigation on the laidoff workers in Chongqing by means of questionnaires. It discusses and analyzes ages, sexes, education, occupation fields, and the time of being laid off and puts forward suggestions as to how to improve the employment management of laidoff workers.
