摘要
介绍一种泄压面积计算方法 ,采用了“立方体规律”,考虑了有爆炸危险厂房容积对泄压比的影响。公式中对不同爆炸介质的厂房划分为四级 ,部分采用了公安部天津消防研究所的试验数据 ,较好地考虑了爆炸介质对泄压比的影响。同时 ,考虑了厂房几何形状与长径比的影响 ,计算结果与 NFPA6 8《爆炸泄压指南》( 1990版 )有关公式良好吻合。
Introduces a method to calculate the pressure relief area.It adopts'cube law'and considers the efferct of the capacity of workplace with explosive hazard on the pressure relief ratio.The workplaces with different explosion mediums have been classified into four.Some experimental data obtained by Tianjin Fire Ressearch Institute of MPS have been used and the effect of the explosion medium on the pressure relief ratio has been fully considered.At the same time,the method also considers the effect of workplace geometry.The result tallies well with the one calculated according to the formula given by NFPA 68 Guide for Explosion Pressure Relief.
