摘要
以彩色薄板为原料 ,用冷弯成型法生产拱型建筑型材 (简称冷弯成拱 )是冷弯型钢生产领域的新技术、新发展。此项新技术在国内外应用越来越广 ,但迄今关于冷弯成拱的力能参数的研究处于空白状态。本文重点研究与冷弯成拱过程有关的力能参数及冷弯成拱原理。以实际和理论为基础 ,建立冷弯成拱的力学模型。从该力学模型出发推导出冷弯成拱过程中立辊及锥辊的冷弯成型力。
The arch cold forming is a new technique in the filed of cold forming. The study on mechanical parameters of arch cold forming is still rare. The detailed study of some mechanical parameters and forming theory of arch cold forming are introduced. The mechanical model of arch cold forming has been established, and the general formulas of cold forming force, cold forming work, cold forming power are derived.
