摘要
研究稀土对铅基合金机械性能、耐腐蚀性能和电化学性能的影响。结果表明 ,Pb Ca Sr Ag ( 0 2 7%Ag)合金中添加0 0 3 %RE ,银含量由 0 2 7%降为 0 13 5 % ,析氧过电位降低约 10 0mV。用该合金作锌电解用阳极板 ,可满足锌电解阳极板对合金材料的硬度和耐蚀性要求 ,降低锌电解的槽电压 。
The effect of RE on the mechanical property, corrosion resisting property and the electrochemical property of lead base alloy is described The results show that the oxygen deposition potential is decreased about 100mV by the addition of 0 03%RE and decrease of the silver content from 0 27% to 0 135% in the Pb Ca Sr Ag anode material The ability of anti corrosion and hardness of the new alloy are consonant with requirements of the zinc electrolysis By using this alloy as anode material in the zinc electro refining, the power consumption, the anode plate cost, and the total operation cost will be significantly decreased
