企业国际化与国际化企业是当今国内外理论界和企业界研究和实践的重要课题之一。本文对有争议的企业国际化和国际化企业的含义、特征。
The internationalization of enterprises and international enterprises are important issues in the theoretical circles both at home and abroad, and in research and practice for enterprises. This essay has made explorative analysis on some controversial problems concerning the connotation, features, types and evaluation principles of internationalization of enterprises and international enterprises.
