摘要
目的 探讨微量细胞培养法在病毒性脑炎、脑膜炎病原学检测中的应用价值及北方地区病毒性脑炎、脑膜炎的病原学构成。方法 应用微量细胞培养法对 12 2例临床诊断为病毒性脑炎、脑膜炎患儿的咽分泌物、粪便及脑脊液进行病毒分离。结果 12 2例脑炎、脑膜炎患儿共取鼻咽分泌物、粪便及脑脊液标本 36 6份 ,分离到病毒 6 9株 ,总阳性率为 18 9% (6 9/36 6 ) ;其中脑脊液中分离到 10株病毒 ,阳性率为 8 2 % (10 /12 2 )。 12 2例患儿中 5 1例病毒分离阳性 ,其中肠道病毒 2 5例 ,腺病毒Ⅲ型 11例 ,单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型 9例 ,流感病毒 4例及巨细胞病毒 2例。结论 微量细胞培养法病毒分离具有操作简便、准确可靠、省时省物的优点 ,值得推广。
Objective To elucidate application of the microplate method in detection of agents of viral encephalitis and meningitis and constitution of etiology in northern area. Methods A microplate method was used to isolate viruses from pharyngeal secretions, stool and cerebral spinal fluid in 122 cases of viral encephalitis and meningitis. Results A total of are 69 viruses were isolated from 366 samples of pharyngeal secretions,stool and cerebral spinal fluid of 122 patients, the total positive rate being 18 9%; among them,10 viruses were isolated from cerebral spinal fluid,the positive rate being 8 2%. Of 122 cases, 51 cases were found positive to viruses, among which 25 were enterovirus, 11 adenovirus type Ⅲ, 9 herpes simplex virus type Ⅰ, 4 influenza virus and 2 cytomegalovirus. Conclusion The microplate method is simple, convenient, reliable and time saving and worthy of applying.
