摘要
作者采用本室研制的载脂蛋白E(apoE)免疫扩散测定试剂盒测得成都地区238例正常人血清apoE含量呈正态分布,均值为3.98±0.98mg/dl,且apoE含量有随年龄增加的趋势,而与性别无关,161例高脂血症患者血清apoE含量,除Ⅱa型外,均明显增加,并以Ⅴ型及Ⅱb型高脂血症增加最多。血清apoE含量与血清甘油三酯及胆固醇含量呈正相关(r分别为0.65及0.50,P<0.01)。
The serum apoE lveels in 238healthy adults in Chengdu are awere de-termined by radioimmunodiffusion (RID)assay. The average apoE level was 3.98±0.98 mg/dl (x±s). The result was basicallyidentical with other reports. There is nodifference in sex, and the level has atendency to increase with age. One hundred and sixty-one hyperlipide-mic subjects(including types Ⅱa, Ⅱb, Ⅳand Ⅴ were compared with the normals.Their serum apoE levels increased bydifferent percentages depending on thetype of hyperlipidemia. The percentage ofincreasing was especially higher in typesⅤ and Ⅱb. The content of apoE in serumpositively correlated with serum trigly-ceride (r=0.65, P<0.01) and with serumtotal cholesterol (r= 0.50. P<0. 01).
