摘要
作者用扫描电镜对正常牙本质、牙本质内层龋的表面处理模式,以及它们与牙本质粘接剂间界面情况进行了观察。形态学观察提示:用10%EDTA 作为表面处理剂,对龋病进行生物学充填是安全的,它能有效地增加粘接面积,增加固位,减少磨牙,减轻患者痛苦,是龋病生物学充填的发展方向。
Innner carious dentin after cleansing and dentin-dentin bonding agent interface wereobserved with SEM.Morphologic study indicates that it is safe to cleanse the inner carious dentin with 10%EDTA and restore with dentin bonding agent/composite resin system.The bond area willbe increased.The bond strength as well as the tubule aperture seal will be improved.Sound dentine can be preserved.The pain of removing caries will be relieved.It is thedeveloping direction of biological restoration of dentinal caries.
