摘要
根据单侧唇裂的临床治疗特点,在微机上建立了单侧唇裂的数据库及其管理系统,可用以对所治疗过的病例的术前、术中及术后观察的测量数据来评价效果,并可进行单项或多项检索,从而可以寻找到具有完全相似的具有可比性的病例,为对比研究单侧唇裂所不同手术方法的效果提供基础并对该系统作初步应用和讨论。
Data base and data base management system have been produced using microcomputeraccording to the clinical characteristics for unilateral cleft tip.One and many items unitedsimultaneously can be well indexed from neasurement,evaluation,graphics and generalcondition data base of preoperation,midoperation,postoperation and follow up results post-operatively using over system to patients who have been cured.It is possible for doctors tofind patients compared who have approximate deformative characteristics each other.The system is initial used and discussed in this paper.
