摘要
施工组织设计是参加工程投标、签订施工合同的必要文件。介绍了工程施工组织设计的编制原则等内容,提出重视施工前的准备和作好施工组织设计是使企业收到良好经济效益的保证。
The construction management plan is a necessary document in project tendering and contract award. In this paper the compilation principle and content of construction management plan are introduced. Author points out that preparation work before construction and good construction management plan are assurance of good economic returns for enterprises.
