摘要
针对“热”作为商品进入市场及住宅采暖系统的现状,按照计量的技术要求,分别提出了采暖系统改造方案、热网调节方案,并对热量计量及热价确定等方面提出了合理化建议。
Combined with the present situation of residential heating system and according to the technical retirements of heating metering the reformation proposal for heating system and regulating scheme of heating network are severally proposed. Meanwhile, some suggestions are proposed for heat metering means and heat price determination.
