摘要
分析了柔性印刷线路板(FPCB)覆盖层多排密集小孔的冲制工艺,并对冲制所带来的孔缘质量差和精度难以保证、模具强度低和寿命短等问题,阐述了其模具结构设计。
Hole-piercing process of dense s ma ll holes for coverlay of FPCB has been analyzed.Issues such as how to solve the problems that quality and precision of hole edge were not easily ensured as wel l as low strength and short service life of die have been stated in the design o f die structure.
