就儒家思想中的人本观、和谐观、中庸观、宗亲观对我国中小民营企业的影响作了正负两方面的分析.
In our country,Confucian ideas have a long and deep-rooted historical origins.Moreover, in the contemporary era,Confucian ideas still have a great influence on people's social life and economic life, though new ideas have had an impact on it.The article analysizes the positive and negative influences which the outlook of humanism,the outlook of harmony,the idea of the golden mean,and the idea of clan and relative in Confucian ideas have on middle and small private enterprise.
