摘要
本文通过对世界第一强队-美国男篮“梦之队”和国内CBA总决赛统计资料进行分析研究,发现随着篮球运动的不断发展,内线进攻将是篮球比赛取胜的关键,谁能控制住内线,谁就能掌握比赛的主动权。本文作者针对目前中国男篮的现状从进攻的主导思想、训练方法以及训练内容等方面提出了一些建议和改进措施。
Analyzing and studying the data of Dream Team , the world strongest team and ofthe CBA final matches , the author finds that with the development of basketball , the key elementto win a match is the interior-line attack. The team that controls the interior-line will gain theinitiative of the match . The author puts forward some suggestions and improving measures aboutthe leading ideas in attack, training methods and contents in accordance with the present situationof Chinese Men’s basketball.
