摘要
本文阐述了太阳能相变硬化的基本原理,对三种有代表性的碳钢(亚共析钢、共析钢和过共析钢)试样进行定点及扫描加热自冷淬火,观察和分析了淬火层的宏观结构、显微组织及马氏体亚结构;测定了晶块尺寸、残余奥氏体量及碳浓度分布情况;讨论其特点及形成机理。
The fundamental of solar energy transformating har-dening has been discribed in the paper.The tests of“singlespothardening”and“scanning hardening”are carried out on the specimensof three representive carbon steel-subeutectoid steel,eutectoidsteel and hypereutectoid steel.The observation and analysisof the macrostructure,microstructure,and martensite substructure ofhardened layers are presented,and the measurement of grain size,retained austenite,and carbon distribution is conducted.The structurefeatures and its forming mechanism of solar energy transformationhardened layer are also discussed.
