摘要
此文通过对南印度洋热带气旋特征的分析,提出了航行中判断船位与热带气旋之间相对位置的具体方法,并对在热带气旋影响水域中的航行方法进行了探讨。
Through analyzing the feature of Typical Cyclone in the South Indian Ocean, This paper proposes some means judging the relative position between ship and Typical Cyclone in navigating , and discusses some sailing means in water affected by it. It has some guiding meanings for ship to anti-encounter typhoon.
