摘要
介绍了适于密度高、浮选活性低且粒度大的无烟煤浮选用新型高效复合浮选剂。使用结果表明,该复合浮选剂与无烟煤亲和力强,易在无烟煤表面铺展,捕收力强,用量省,节油率在50％以上,并使无烟煤浮选粒度上限提高到0.7mm。当油耗在200～400g/t_(干煤)时,浮选精煤产率达74％～84％。
Description is given, in the paper , of a novel high performance compound flotation reagent which is suitable for flotation separation of coarse size anthracitic coal with high density and low flotation activity. It has been shown from application of this reagent that the reagent has strong affinity for anthracitic coal and can easily spread on anthracitic coal surface. It can also have high collection force, low consumption with oil saving rate less than 50% . With use of this reagent , the top size of anthracitic coal feed can reach to 0. 7mm. In case that the oil consumption is 200 - 400g per tonne of dry coal, the yield of flotation clean coal is up to 74% - 84% .
