摘要
基于流动注射分析技术和硅钼蓝反应原理 ,开发成功了一种快速准确测定电厂炉水和给水中痕量硅的自动分析方法。实验中对影响灵敏度的各种因素如波长、温度、泵速、反应管长、酸度、浓度、进样量、还原剂的种类等进行优选。具有良好的重现性 ,分析速度为 5 0~ 70样 /小时 ,测定范围在 0 .5~2mg/L和 10~ 10 0 μg/L两个浓度范围内 ,结果都很好。检出限为 2 .0 μg/L ;本方法可以满足电厂日常分析微量硅的需要。
A newly automatic analytical method for determining ppb level silicate has been proposed based on flow injection analysis technology.Besides,the wave length,temperature,revolution speed of the peristaltic pump,the length of the reaction coils,acidity and concentration of the reagents,asmpling volume ad type of reducing reagent have been optimized under given experimental conditions.The determination limit of the approach is 5?μg/L,its analytical range is in 5~100?μg/L and 0.5~2?mg/L.It can be suitable to use of determination of the silicate in boiler water and feedwater at power plants.
