摘要
国以人兴,政以才治,党中央高瞻远瞩作出实施人才战略、走人才强国之路的重大决策,启动了规模宏大的人才工程。人才工程尤其是培养和使用人才的支点在于探索成才之路。借用物理学的场论的观念和思想来看,建构人才场是一个不错的设想。
The Party Central Committee has started the large-scale talent project, the key of which is to explore the ways of how to train and make use of talents. By borrowing the theory of field in physics, the writer of this paper believes that it might be a good idea to construct a field of talents.
