摘要
结合大学计算机基础教学的现状 ,作者通过多方面的调研和十多年的教学实践 ,提出了课程建设以及深化计算机基础教学与考试改革的建设性观点 。

The paper summarizes the present situation of college computer basic-course teaching in China andmakes some constructive suggestions on curriculum building, computer basic-course teaching and testing reform, on the basis of the authors'survey and research, andteaching practice for more than a decade.Meanwhile, it also give a brief introduction to thebeneficial experimentalteaching reform on computer basic-course teaching in Liaoning College of Communications. 〔
