摘要
该文介绍了一个由小型医用去离子水器和全玻璃全自动二次蒸馏水器组合的用于微量分析的高纯水制备系统,并给出了自行设计制作的全自动二次蒸馏水器的结构示意和自动控制的设计原理。当进入蒸馏水器的低纯去离子水在0.10M Ω·cm以上时,二次蒸馏水的电阻率通常可达1 MΩ·cm以上,与亚沸蒸馏相当,达到ASTM Ⅱ级水的标准。
A novel manufacturing device of high purified water was intro-duced in this paper. This device was made up of an ion-exchanger and a hardborosilicate glass distillator with an automatic electrical control system. Usingthis device,the electrical resistivity of water can be increased from 0. 10 MΩ·cm influent tO 1 MΩ·cm in effluent. The quality of purified water can be con-sistent with the standard of ASTM Ⅱ order water.
