摘要
目的 评价常压氧在胎儿三尖瓣返流治疗中的疗效。方法 应用超声心动图观察 134例胎儿三尖瓣返流在常压氧治疗前后的变化情况并与 70例未治疗组进行对照。结果 134例中 10 8例常压氧治疗后胎儿三尖瓣返流消失或好转 ,有效率 80 .5 % ,明显高于未治疗组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 常压氧是治疗胎儿三尖瓣返流的安全、有效的方法。
Objective\ To evaluate the efficiency of normabatic oxygen in treating fetal tricuspid valve reguritation.Methods\ one hundred and thirty four fetuses of tricuspid valve reguritation were examined by echocardiography pre post treatment by normabatic oxygen and were camparted with seventy no treating fetuses.Results\ one hundred and eigth fetuses of tricuspid valve reguritation were impared after treating by normabatic oxygen.the efficiency was 80 5 percent,it was significant higher than no treating group( P <0 01) Conclusion\ normabatic oxygenis is safe and efficiently way in treating fetal tricuspid valve reguritation.
