孕激素受体异常与米非司酮不敏感 被引量:6

摘要 米非司酮作为流产药物已广泛应用于临床。但是,约1%的妇女对米非司酮的抗孕激素效应无反应导致流产失败。其原因可能与孕激素受体(PR)异常有关。综述PR与米非司酮不敏感之间的关系,以指导米非司酮在临床上的应用。
